Makeup Terms and Conditions

Deposit and Payment. The Client shall make a 25% or more deposit to retain Tetrad Opus to perform the services specified herein. The remaining 75% or greater is due 30 days prior to the date of services. If session is scheduled within 30 days of this contract then the full amount is due.

Cancellation. All deposits are non-refundable. The balance will be refunded as long as client cancels 14 days in advance of scheduled session/event.

Liability. Customer agrees not to hold Tetrad Opus LLC or its affiliates responsible for any allergic reactions developed as a result of the make-up application or Tools that may occur to Customer. We suggest that you get a Trial before your session/event.

Failure to Perform. If Tetrad Opus cannot perform this Agreement due to a fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, Quarantine, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to the MUA’s illness, then Tetrad Opus shall reschedule the session or replace the first MUA with another. In the event Tetrad Opus fails to perform for any other reason, Tetrad Opus shall not be liable for any amount in excess of the retail value of the Client’s order.

Tetrad Opus’s Standard Price List. The charges in this Agreement are based on the Tetrad Opus’s Standard Price List. This price list is adjusted periodically and future orders shall be charged at the prices in effect at the time when the order is placed.

Arbitration. All disputes arising under Agreement shall be submitted to binding arbitration within 30 days of the completed work in Anne Arundel County or nearby counties and the arbitration award may be entered for judgment in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may refuse to arbitrate when the dispute is for a sum less than $500.00.

Discounts and Coupons. All Discounts and Coupons must be applied prior to the bill of sale. No exceptions.

Refunds. Refunds are not awarded due to the Time, Skill, Mileage and other cost associated with Makeup and Hair Styling. We strongly recommend getting a Trial before your session/event to know how the Makeup will turn out.

Miscellaneous. This Agreement incorporates the entire understanding of the parties. Any modifications of this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties. Any waiver of a breach or default hereunder shall not be deemed a waiver of a subsequent breach or default of either the same provision or any other provision of this Agreement. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
